Shape Early, a community initiative based in Berkshire, UK and soon becoming a charity, works to foster lasting resilience through every life transition. While its long‑term aim is to offer practical, compassionate help whenever people need to start anew, the programme currently launches with the Early Childhood Compass. This pilot delivers hands‑on guidance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, equipping them with clarity, connection and confidence during those formative years, aiming to build resilience before crises arise rather than merely repairing it later.
